Globus Software Agreement

Globus Connect Server versions 5 and above, and Globus Connect Personal, are distributed under the Globus Connect Software License Agreement. NOTE: For subscribers covered by the Globus Customer Agreement signed prior to October 1, 2017, this change to the terms of the Globus Software Agreement took effect on January 1, 2018.

Globus Connect Server versions 4 and below, are distributed under the open source Apache License, Version 2.0.
