April 15, 2014 at 5:00 AM CDT – April 17, 2014 at 5:00 AM CDT
  • Argonne National Laboratory, outside Chicago, IL

We would like to invite you to the year’s biggest gathering of the Globus community: GlobusWorld. There will be much to discuss at our upcoming conference, including:

  • setting up a campus data service
  • sharing data with collaborators, wherever they may be
  • integrating campus computing with the cloud
  • data management services for genomics researchers

The conference will take place April 15-17, 2014, at Argonne National Laboratory near Chicago, and offer two-plus days of presentations, tutorials, and networking opportunities.

Call for Proposals

Are you a campus computing provider or researcher grappling with data management issues? Are you developing applications to manage big data? Have you built something neat, or wrangled tricky data and lived to tell the tale? Share your story and be a part of GlobusWorld.

Information on submitting a proposal is available here. The deadline for submissions is February 15, 2014.

Sponsor GlobusWorld

We welcome sponsorships as a means to make the conference more affordable to non-profit researchers. GlobusWorld is a unique opportunity for companies to reach a targeted group of computing facility managers and administrators. Information on sponsorships is available at globusworld.org/sponsors.

Registration for GlobusWorld will open in January. Keep an eye on globusworld.org for further updates, and feel free to email us with any questions. Looking forward to seeing you in April!
